Data protection – scholarship application
Data that we receive as part of the application for a scholarship (especially name, contact details, answers in the application form, uploads such as CV/evidence/creative work) will be processed for the purpose of evaluating and selecting applicants. Only those entrusted with selection and organization have access in the club; These are obliged to confidentiality.
The data of unsuccessful applicants will be deleted after the selection process has been completed (at the latest after 12 months). The data of successful applicants will be processed and stored for the organization and handling of the scholarship as well as internal communication, as far as this is necessary. If the required data is not provided, the application cannot be considered.
Email Communication
For communication, we use Google Workspace (email). The data required for communication are processed.

With regard to the personal data relating to you, there is the right to information, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, as well as objection and data transferability in accordance with the GDPR. If the processing is based on your consent, you can revoke it at any time.
